WE’RE HIRING: Business Development Manager

Location: UK or Germany (Remote with occasional travel)

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be a key player in driving the growth of our equipment solutions across the UK and Germany. You'll be the go-to expert for prospective and existing partners—guiding them through the Les Mills equipment ecosystem and demonstrating how it can transform their business.
This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you’ll not only close deals but also help shape and implement our long-term growth strategy. You'll collaborate closely with our Customer Experience teams and local market leaders to deliver a seamless, high-impact customer journey from first contact through to implementation and beyond.

Your day-to-day will include:

  1. Owning and managing a sales pipeline of potential club customers—nurturing leads, closing deals, and smashing revenue targets
  2. Partnering with market CEOs in the UK and Germany to identify opportunities for growth in key accounts, partnerships, and new market verticals
  3. Leading complex sales conversations and tailoring solutions that meet each client’s unique business goals
  4. Working with our Customer Success and third-party logistics teams to ensure flawless delivery and aftercare
  5. Spotting opportunities to upsell additional Les Mills programmes, services, and solutions to existing clients
  6. Keeping meticulous records in Salesforce to maintain transparency, track engagement, and share customer insights internally
