Salary: £60,000+ DOE

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities by providing innovative and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share in the mental health and learning disabilities sector.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, including hospitals, schools, and community organizations.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor strategies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs.
5. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
7. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
8. Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the mental health and learning disabilities sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
