Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum + Performance Bonuses

With a focus on expansion, we’re seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to secure additional contracts for warehouse staffing.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing contracts for temporary warehouse staffing services. This position offers flexibility, including remote work options, empowering you to work independently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the warehouse and logistics sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to understand their staffing needs.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote our temporary staffing services, with a focus on warehouse operatives.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure we meet clients’ expectations effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the recruitment, staffing, or related industry.
• Strong network within the warehouse, logistics, or hospitality sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of recruitment industry regulations and best practices.
