Basis £35K, OTE £65K Uncapped
Car Allowance: Up to £4,200
Ideally experienced from Digital Marketing or online advertising.

The Role: Business Development Manager

1. Hunt for New Business: Prospecting through self-sourced leads.
2. Engage: Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to capture customer needs and offer outstanding digital marketing solutions.
3. Present and Negotiate: Close deals with new and existing clients.
4. Account Management: Nurture relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience and manage accounts.
5. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews to identify growth opportunities, boosting client ROI and ensuring long-term success.

Requirements:

1. Proven Sales Success: Field Sales or High Performing Telesales.
2. A passion to earn.
3. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Preferable, but not essential.
4. Strong relationship-building, negotiation prowess, resilience in overcoming objections, and excellent presentation skills.
5. Driving License: A full UK driving license is a must, but under 6 points.
