Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join a growing interior fitout specialist based in Portsmouth.

The Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager / Sales Executive will ideally have experience in a similar industry or be a strong salesperson.

The Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager / Sales Executive will employ a multi-channel approach to generate new leads and develop relationships with potential customers. While the role primarily involves phone outreach, you will also leverage tools such as LinkedIn and collaborate closely with the marketing team for a unified and effective strategy.

£30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Responsibilities

  1. Proactively contact potential clients to understand their needs and explore opportunities for our services.
  2. Use a mix of phone, email, and social media platforms like LinkedIn to connect with and engage our target audience.
  3. Build rapport with business owners and senior management using a professional, confident, and friendly communication style.
  4. Conduct in-depth research to identify new leads and gather valuable market insights.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and share insights from client interactions.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and efficient lead management.
  7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and refine outreach strategies.
  8. Full-time position based near Portsmouth.
Requirements

  1. Previous experience as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Client Relationship Manager, Key Account Manager or similar would be advantageous.
  2. Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems to build connections and manage leads effectively.
  3. A keen interest in business development, sales, or marketing, with the drive to exceed targets and achieve measurable results.
  4. Must be commutable to the office based near Portsmouth.
