Location: Newcastle and surrounding areas (North East)

Salary: £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus Scheme (£100k OTE)

Are you a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client is a market leader, delivering cutting-edge solutions that make a real impact. As they continue to grow, we're looking for a highly motivated sales professional to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and unlock new market opportunities.

What You'll Do:

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will develop strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying new business opportunities and devising strategies to increase sales.
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
  3. Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends.
  4. Collaborating with the marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns.
  5. Representing the business at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  6. Developing proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  7. Tracking sales data and providing regular reports to senior management.
  8. Working closely with the product development team.
  9. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
