Base Salary: £52,000 // OTE: £100,000-£120,000 +

Maxwell Bond have partnered with a fully remote digital marketing agency who are on the search for a Head of Business Development to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and expand strategic partnerships primarily within the search marketing industry (SEO, PPC, and SEM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure £1,000,000 in annual revenue.
- Identify, prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals with enterprise brands, SEO agencies, and partners in the UK and USA.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and signing.
- Team Expansion & Leadership
- Operate as an individual contributor initially, securing key revenue wins.
- Once revenue milestones are met, hire, train, and lead a team of business development professionals.
- Define sales structures, commission models, and growth strategies to scale the team.
- Strategic Growth & Market Positioning
- Identify and capitalise on emerging trends in search marketing and performance advertising.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and refine value propositions to differentiate offerings.
- Build relationships with CMOs, Heads of Digital, and agency decision-makers.
- Sales Operations & Performance Optimisation
- Establish and optimise sales processes, improving conversion rates and efficiency.
- Track KPIs, revenue forecasts, and pipeline health using CRM tools.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, adjusting strategies as needed.
