Business Development Manager in the construction industry required on permanent basis in Central London.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the construction/M&E sector
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients
3. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth
6. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to represent the business

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a Business Development role within the construction or M&E industry
2. Strong network of contacts within the sector
3. Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
