Nomo Bank: Now incorporating Nomo Bank – the world’s first fully digital Sharia-compliant cross border banking platform, its Middle East customers can access, via the Nomo app, a range of innovative, cutting-edge products and international banking services. These include current accounts, fixed term deposits, property finance, multi-currency services and international transfers.

Responsibilities

  1. Set up a contact strategy with a panel of brokers to develop relationships, understand their business, and provide tailored information on Nomo's products and lending criteria.
  2. Deal with and respond to enquiries from Brokers and Intermediaries and assess their requirements via email or telephone.
  3. Achieve set targets through the development of both new and existing intermediary relationships within the scope of Nomo's current appetite for business.
  4. Provide technical expertise to intermediaries on Nomo Mortgages' products and underwriting criteria and offer technical IT support to intermediaries.
  5. Attend and present at expositions, conferences, and seminars to raise Nomo's profile and drive mortgage growth & brand awareness.
  6. Complete the onboarding process for new brokers and registration to the broker portal.
  7. Work collaboratively with all areas of the business.
  8. Take full responsibility for regularly updating knowledge on company products, processes, and procedures.
  9. Understand and keep up to date on Nomo's competitors' products.
  10. Act in a compliant manner at all times in line with regulatory guidelines.
  11. Support team members across sales and the whole business to meet service standards and achieve results.

Skills & Experience

  1. Vast experience in B2B business development/relationship management in real estate finance, wealth management, or retail banking.
  2. Good understanding of retail banking products and business practices.
  3. Creative and self-motivated individual with a passion for finding solutions to issues.
  4. Confident communicator, both in-person and in writing, with a professional presence.
  5. Demonstrable experience in building relationships and developing partnerships.
  6. Highly analytical, able to quickly understand complex problems and devise practical solutions.
  7. Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and operate in a dynamic environment.
  8. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to navigate an energetic start-up environment.
  9. Fluency in English (verbal & written), preferably with Arabic language capability.
  10. Experience in GCC markets is essential to leverage potential opportunities.
  11. Can-do attitude and active corporate citizen, upholding the Bank’s PROUD values.
