The Position
You’ll think strategically when it comes to analysing market opportunities, developing innovative solutions and ensuring all marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.

Making the most out of your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll build rapport with the team and clients alike, looking to influence stakeholders and drive opportunities forward.

You’ll stay up to date with industry developments, emerging trends and new technologies to keep your team ahead of the curve. Always looking for ways to improve and develop, you’ll represent the agency at industry events, networking with skill and elevating the commercial output.

What We’re Looking For
A self-motivated and target-driven individual who is always willing to learn – with a solid background within a creative agency environment, successfully building long-lasting relationships with your clients.

We’re looking for a strong knowledge and passion for communication, you’ll know your stuff when it comes to understanding client needs plus you know the project delivery process like the back of your hand.

Self-sufficient with strong initiative and exceptional presentation abilities are key here, so you’ll be more than happy to talk us through your proven track record of success when it comes to business development, sales and management.
