Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive or Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and securing new projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the design and build fit-out sector.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
4. Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
7. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience in business development, preferably within the design and build fit-out industry.
2. Strong network of contacts within the construction and fit-out sectors.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
5. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
