Our global client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. As a member of the UK Sales team, your main role will be to find, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities that generate revenue.
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (remote or hybrid)
Reports to: Director of Sales UK
Salary: Up to £37,000 pa + annual commission

Business Development Manager duties and skills required:
- Managing a portfolio of prestigious clients and having experience with upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts.
- Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential customers through cold calls, emails, virtual meetings, and other digital channels.
- Managing pipelines in CRM tools on a daily basis.
- Identifying prospect needs through effective communication and strong conversational skills. Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
- Presenting to prospects and customers.
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets based on KPIs.
- Ideally higher education level and 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing, preferably in consumer products or technology.
- Experience working with CRM tools like SFDC.
- Ability to travel.
