The Role of the Business Development Manager:

1. Promote the brand to prospective customers in the UK to generate profitable sales.
2. Identify new industry sectors and emerging markets through market analysis.
3. Contact prospective customers via digital platforms, phone, and in-person meetings.
4. Gain enquiries and develop optimized solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
5. Manage all enquiries through to order placement or project closure.
6. Build connections and promote the company on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
7. Assist in developing marketing strategies, CRM systems, and customer databases.
8. Participate in training sessions in the UK and Germany to enhance product knowledge.
9. Support trade shows, promotional activities, and advertising campaigns.
10. Create and present an annual sales forecast for new business performance.
11. Work as a key member of the sales team to maximize overall business success.
