  • From heritage properties to contemporary new builds, recent projects include a Cubist-inspired villa in Greece, to penthouses in One St. John’s Wood and an apartment in the The OWO Residences by Raffles.
  • They are hiring for someone for an immediate start.
  • Their work is focused on high value residential, for both ultra HNW individuals and show apartments for super prime developers.

Role Description:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients, luxury property developers, and strategic partners to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the firm's presence in high-end interior design and bespoke property projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in luxury interiors and real estate development.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless client onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with design and project management teams to align business objectives with client expectations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and exclusive gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage and refine the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt business strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury design sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within luxury interior design, high-end real estate, or a related industry.
  • Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, property developers, and industry professionals in the luxury market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and long-term client partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and business value to sophisticated clients.
  • Market research expertise to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the high-end interiors and real estate sectors.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and strategic thinker, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
