Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with M&E Contractors and Consultants in the commercial HVAC market.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic targeting, client engagement, and intelligent market penetration.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry
  • Solid knowledge of Air Handling Units, Heat Recovery, and Fan systems
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong communicator and confident negotiator with a passion for results
