Location: Enfield/ Edmonton & Home Counties

Type: Permanent

Salary: £35,000 OTE

We're on the lookout for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow our footprint across the wholesale sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business at the forefront of industry expansion, where your ideas and energy will have real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region
  2. Building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
  3. Researching market trends to uncover opportunities and shape strategy
  4. Presenting proposals that clearly demonstrate value and ROI
  5. Working closely with internal teams to ensure top-notch delivery and client satisfaction
  6. Monitoring performance and market activity, keeping everything on track

What We're Looking For

  1. At least 2 year's experience in a business development, sales, or client-facing role
  2. Proven ability to hit (and exceed!) commercial targets
  3. Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  4. Self-starter with a collaborative approach
  5. Bonus if you know your way around the retail, wholesale, or leisure markets
