A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a long established and highly successful Construction Demolition company.


My client provides an extensive range of construction demolition and enabling services for both domestic and commercial clients.


Located in Crawley, the Business Development Manager role would involve visiting clients and customers covering The South East, London and the Home Counties.


Business Development Manager Role Description


This is a full-time permanent position. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying new business opportunities
  2. Creating and implementing growth strategies
  3. Maintaining client relationships
  4. Achieving revenue targets

Business Development Manager Qualifications

  1. Sales & Marketing skills
  2. Experience in business development and client relationship management
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
