Business Development Manager

My client is a leading international civil engineering company, specialising in complex market segments such as Transportation, Energy, Tunnelling, Building, Civil and Structural Engineering. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to be responsible for developing growth and establish the brand across the UK Infrastructure and associated Construction Market Sectors.

In the role, you will establish and maintain regular dialogue with new and existing customers and identify, assess, and cultivate new client leads/opportunities that fit with the overall business strategy and market sectors to enable the company to grow in line with the business plan. You will also lead on sector pipeline meetings, prepare and distribute suitable minutes/actions to discuss current and future opportunities. This role may require you to travel to various project sites and have flexibility to work extended hours as needed. The primary locations for this role will be either Swindon or London, however hybrid working is available as well as remote working options depending on circumstances.
