Business Development Manager

The Role:

An exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development Manager to sell cutting-edge AI-powered risk and value data analytics to the real estate sector. You’ll work with banks, building societies, mortgage companies, and small to mid-sized enterprises to provide actionable insights through automated property valuations and technical risk assessments. In this consultative role, you’ll prospect risk management teams, data teams, and environmental and sustainability teams to offer solutions that optimise investment strategies and drive business growth. You will generate leads through a mix of self-generation and marketing, with a target of booking 5-10 meetings per month, while keeping a close eye on competitors in the market.

Requirements:

To succeed in the Business Development Manager role, you will need:

1. 2+ years’ experience in sales within banks, building societies, insurance, investment, or real estate sectors.
2. Strong intellectual, analytical, and consultative approach.
3. Proactive and independent work style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Package for Business Development Manager:

1. £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
2. OTE of £100,000 – uncapped earnings potential.
