An exciting opportunity has arisen within a specialist sustainable off-site construction specialist for a Business Development Manager covering the South East of England. This company specializes in the construction of educational facilities as well as care facilities, hotels, and community spaces and is passionate about the industry.

Skills required:

• Ability to conduct effective market research to identify key trends & potential customers within the modular industry
• Previous experience in a Construction-related sales role
• Develop business strategies to capture new markets, expand customer base and drive revenue growth
• Identify and approach new potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Develop and manage sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals
• Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth
• Previous experience selling into the education sector or local authorities
