Business Development Manager - Recruitment

Salary: Starting at £32,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Commission

About Us:
Resolve Recruitment Services is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, providing both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within our recruitment divisions.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with at least three years of experience in either hospitality or care recruitment. This is a key role in expanding our client base, developing strong partnerships, and increasing revenue. As the role grows, there will be an opportunity to build and lead a team of Business Development Executives, making this an excellent opportunity for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the hospitality and care sectors
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
  3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
  4. Work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with recruitment strategies
  5. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  6. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  7. Support the growth of the business by hiring, training, and managing a team as required
