• Leading building material manufacturer requires a Business Development Manager to work on Framework agreements with National House Builders.
• This is a national role working at the earliest stages of housing development, helping design and supply drainage and associated products.
• You will be from a specification sales background, with extensive experience working with National Developers.
• You will have experience in the civils sector, drainage, hard landscaping, textiles, and so on.
• Experience working on Utility Adoptions would also be beneficial; that is the next stage in the process once the infrastructure is put in place this business can “adopt” the system.
• The role is national; you will be working from home and then out and about seeing developers on a project-by-project basis.
