Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: West Yorkshire | Hybrid (Field-based + Work From Home)
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE & £60,000+ OTE

Industry: Creative graphic designers offering graphic design, website design / development and printing services.


Are you a dynamic sales professional with experience selling into marketing departments? Are you passionate about helping businesses elevate their brand and marketing presence? Join our established and growing team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll play a key role in expanding our client base and driving strategic marketing solutions.


Who We Are:

We are a full-service branding and graphic design company with in-house printing and creative teams. From leaflets and business cards to websites and digital marketing, we offer a complete one-stop-shop solution to a wide range of businesses and industries.


What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  2. Managing and growing existing client relationships
  3. Selling a broad range of services including:
    1. Printing (leaflets, brochures, signage, business cards, exhibition materials)
    2. Digital marketing & media presence
    3. Website design & CRM systems
  4. Attending networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings across Yorkshire and the UK
  5. Quoting and following up with clients
  6. Collaborating with our in-house design and print teams
  7. Overseeing marketing projects from initial brief to completion
  8. Delivering a consultative sales approach, offering advice and tailored solutions

What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience selling into marketing departments
  2. Background in digital marketing, advertising, branding, printing, or website development
  3. Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face client meetings (Full UK driving licence required)
  4. A self-starter with the ability to manage your own time and pipeline
  5. Experience with project management and managing multiple stakeholders
  6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills

What We Offer:
  1. £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  2. £50,000+ OTE
  3. Autonomy to work from home and manage your own schedule
