ARM's Structural Steel Division is recruiting a Business Development Manager to develop the LATAM construction market.

What you will be doing:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across LATAM
• Represent the company at industry trade fairs and international client meetings
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strategic sales plans

What you need:

• Background in sales or sales-led project management within construction sectors
• Bilingual, English with either Spanish or Portuguese
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and hitting commercial targets
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
