Business Development professionals with ITAC Solutions gain appointments with and meet with decision-makers to discuss ITAC's services in temporary and full-time staffing.

This new position will be working with those “buyers” of staffing services (contract/temporary and direct hire) for professionals in customer support, administration, marketing, human resources and sales, just to name a few.

What does ITAC do? ITAC helps companies find the right talent (people) for their hiring needs. We also help people find the right job to match their employment and/or career needs. Most of the jobs you see on our website represent our clients' staffing needs.

What You’ll Be Doing (Duties of this Position)

  • Connecting with other professionals to grow your network
  • Building relationships with hiring authorities needing professionals for their short-term project, seasonal or full-time staffing needs
  • Learning about their organizations and the specific needs they have for staffing services
  • Generating new business, acquiring new logos, reactivating dormant accounts, and establishing new contacts within existing client relationships
  • Partnering with client and account managers to ensure you are effectively leveraging existing relationships to expand into new verticals (e.g., technology, engineering, or accounting).
  • Logging activity on a daily basis into ITAC's CRM, Bullhorn, maintaining accurate and current records for effective tracking and analysis.

What You’ll Need to be Considered (Requirements)

  • 2+ years outside sales experience in which a combination of identifying prospective relationships and growing existing relationships is expected and achieved. Experience selling professional services or human capital software is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills. Ability to work autonomously while understanding the fulfillment of your customers' needs depends upon the success of your team.
  • Ability to self-manage your day and week, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable, personal transportation and a satisfactory driving record. Must also be able to pass ITAC's other pre-employment screening requirements including criminal background, credit, drug, and education verification, where applicable.
