Elevation Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading UK distributor to find a talented Business Development Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will be integral to driving new business, uncovering growth opportunities, and expanding the customer base.   • Uncapped commission with an OTE starting at £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Offer tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs
  • Consistently exceed sales targets to support business growth and enhance market presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a business development role, with a strong sales track record
  • Experience in the energy, power electronics, or battery solutions sectors is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced B2B environment
  • Strong ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making
  • A self-starter with a drive to meet targets and deliver business success
  • Capable of managing multiple opportunities and prioritizing effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Ability to quickly understand client needs and provide the right solutions
