Business Development Executive - Regent's Park, NW1

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their growing Estate Agency in Camden Town. The focus is on identifying and acquiring new properties while driving the agency's growth through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and exceptional client relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, managing, and promoting properties for both long let and short let markets. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an in-depth understanding of the property market, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Proactively identify and secure properties for both long let and short let markets through direct outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, offering expert guidance on pricing, market trends, and strategies to maximize rental income.
  3. Analysing rental performance and occupancy data to provide actionable insights that help landlords optimize their properties' potential.
  4. Conduct property valuations, ensuring landlords receive accurate and competitive assessments.
  5. Stay up-to-date with local market trends, rental prices, and demand for long let and short let properties.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
  1. Proven experience in sales, business development or similar role.
  2. Must have Estate Agent background.
  3. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
  4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  6. IT proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary range will be:

Between £25,000pa + medical insurance an OTE of around £60,000pa.

The hours will be:

Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm.
