Job description

Our client, a reputable managed print service provider with an extensive customer base across the North West, is experiencing significant growth. As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team.


The Role

The Business Development Executive will report directly to the Sales Director and will handle incoming leads while also identifying new business opportunities across Liverpool, Wirral, and the wider North West region. Utilising CRM tools and software, you will manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline, from the initial inquiry to customer acquisition.

  1. Engage with customers via phone and email to qualify their needs, discuss available options, and arrange quotes.
  2. Manage an existing customer base while driving growth through new business opportunities and offering additional software solutions.
  3. Exhibit a strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
  4. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude.
  5. Communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, maintaining excellent manners in both telephone and face-to-face interactions.
