Business Development Executive (Industrial Doors) - North West - £27,000-£41,000 per annum


Package Overview:

  1. £27,000 - £41,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
  2. Commission
  3. New Role - Open to discussions on flexible working arrangements (Office, Hybrid, Site-Based)
  4. Full-Time, Permanent

  6. Commutable from Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale and Oldham areas

Our client is currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This company prides itself on providing industry-leading maintenance services for industrial door systems. Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Actively seek out new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including prospecting, cold calls, and email campaigns.
  2. Evaluate potential clients to determine their needs, qualifying leads based on specific criteria to ensure compatibility with our offerings.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
  4. Gain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to prospective clients.
  5. Present tailored sales pitches to potential clients, focusing on their specific business challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can deliver value.
  6. Keep an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, monitoring leads as they progress through the sales cycle.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and improve lead-generation efforts.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to spot new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Skills and Experience:

  1. A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential)
  2. Proven track record of driving new business initiatives with a determined and proactive approach.
  3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of effectively engaging with clients, partners, and team members.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  6. Customer focused.
