Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? Logobrand is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Executive to join our vibrant and inclusive team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £27k- £30k DoE along with a range of attractive benefits.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. Reporting to the Account Director, you will become an expert in the soft drinks category, promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives. Your customer interactions will vary by location and will include QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), Coffee Shops, Delis/Bakeries etc.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  3. Effectively promote our brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  4. Focus on delivering ‘Perfect Outlet targets’ utilising the process of making ‘Transfer Orders’ within the outlets.
  5. Utilise digital tools such as iPads and iPhones to enhance sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  6. Independently manage workload and schedule while ensuring key objectives are met.
  7. Handle and manage point-of-sale materials and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Drive business growth through digital engagement and innovative sales techniques.
About You

We are looking for a results-driven and motivated individual with:

  1. Proven experience in a field sales environment, specifically within QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), Coffee Shops, Delis/Bakeries etc and with a track record of driving volume sales and increasing customer offerings.
  2. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive positive outcomes and secure sales through data-driven conversations.
  3. The ability to work efficiently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  4. A passion for using digital technology to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
  5. A proactive approach to planning, delivering, and exceeding monthly and quarterly business targets.
  6. You must have a strong knowledge of Central London and be proficient in using TfL services.
