Our products range from domestic water filters to purpose designed and engineered treatment plants.
We are looking for a business development focused individual who is motivated and capable of qualifying and selling an established range of products and services across the company's customer base. The successful candidate will also look to build and maintain customer relationships with a dedicated list of accounts whilst also thriving on creating qualified opportunities, and reactivating lapsed customers.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 5:30 with a 5pm finish on a Friday.
What this role involves:
Actively reaching out to customers from a provided database
Researching potential customers and their business activity
Planning your calls with attention to detail
Spotting sales opportunities and acting upon them appropriately
Providing quotes for customers for a variety of products and services
Liaising with the Key Account and Sector Sales Manager to deliver opportunities
Maintaining and building rapport with customers, understanding their needs
Management of your own daily work flow to ensure maximum efficiency
Instigating solutions to help the customer, using negotiation skills where needed
What we're looking for:
Telesales Experience essential
Great attention to detail
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Outstanding telephone manner and rapport building skills
Experience of working in a team in an office-based environment
Self-motivated, adapting positively to change
