We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive on a full time and permanent basis working with a long-established client based in Loughborough.


Business Development Executive


Salary: £42-47,000 per annum plus bonus performance


Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our client's team. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compressed air sales, with a focus on developing new business, and a passion for building relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Driving new business acquisition by identifying and targeting potential clients with compressed air solutions.
  2. Develop and achieve revenue growth in line with company sales strategies.
  3. Identify opportunities across capital equipment sales, service, hire and projects for new business as well as opportunities within the existing Customers across all sectors.
  4. Conduct prospects and Customer visits to sell solutions across our geographical region.
  5. Prepare and deliver reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Candidate Requirements:
  1. Proven experience and expertise in sales within Compressed Air systems or related industries.
  2. Proven experience and expertise in capital equipment sales, service and solution selling.
  3. Technical sales ability with strong understanding of compressed air technology and applications.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. IT and CRM skills.
  6. Quotation prospecting experience.
  7. Diary and time management.
