Full time, 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £28,000 per annum (up to £33,600 OTE) + Toyota Corolla Estate Hybrid

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Peterborough, Norwich, Colchester, Cambridge, Ipswich and surrounding areas

We at Advantage Smollan are looking for a passionate and tenacious person to work in our On Trade field sales team representing exciting Greene King brands such as Level Head.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  1. Work directly with Greene King, employed by Advantage Smollan
    • Build strong relationships with key contacts in your region for the On Trade
    • Maximise brand awareness and educate key decision makers as to the benefits of the Greene King draught portfolio
    • Communicate the benefits of adding Greene King draught portfolio to their range
  2. Drive product sales and distribution
    • Drive product growth throughout your own territory of the Greene King draught portfolio increasing product range on the bar
    • Negotiate product placement and promotional displays, signage, and other marketing material to drive rate of sale
  3. Collaborate with your team across the UK and local regional contacts
    • Share best practice
    • Work together to achieve team KPIs in addition to your own individual targets

  1. £28,000 per annum + 20% KPI-based bonus opportunity (up to £33,600 OTE)
