Business Development Executive

Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive, based just outside of Cardiff for a leading apprenticeship and training provider.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment around an established team of Business Development Executives and Account Managers.

The role is about creating long-lasting business relationships from your sales calls. As these relationships grow, so does your commission.

With clear training and progression plans, you will become a master of your desk and fully in control of your earning potential.

Responsibilities & Day to Day Duties
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Using a consultative approach to understand the customers' needs and then close the sale.
• Managing your own pipeline and database, data cleansing as you go
• Managing your portfolio of active customers.
• Ensuring good product knowledge to be able to talk learners through their options.

• Experience in an outbound sales role or the desire to work in outbound sales
• Experience working towards, and able to meet individual targets
• Confident in speaking to a variety of people on the telephone, with the ability to build relationships over the phone.

• Salary of £25,000
• Uncapped commission
• Hybrid Working
• 25 days + BH (some days to be used for Christmas Shutdown)
