Have you ever been stung by a Jelly Fish before? I bet that caught your attention! This is not a drill, we have an innovative invention ready to be shown to the market by YOU. Location based in Battersea, you will be the Business Development Director/Sales Director helping the CEO take this invention to the market, working towards a plan together!

This is truly an exciting product with sales already booming – you truly will be on to something huge. £80k-£90k + OTE £100k+ – Salary is dependent on experience as looking for the right person comes first.

Imagine the Airport stores, boating brands, Swimmers, Retail, e-commerce, In-Flight Magazines… the options are endless to take this product to market.

The offices are incredible! You will want to be in the offices Monday-Friday as they are stunning + as a Sales Director and someone who almost is part of a start up, we need you in! This role is not Hybrid… unless you are out on meetings then you are out.

We are after:

  • An experienced Business Developer!
  • Someone who is smart and well presented – the offices are SHARP!
  • If you are interested in the Marine world, Swimming or understand about the Jellyfish stings then great! If not – we are ideally looking for a Good Salesperson and open to industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets.
    Identify potential customers and target markets.
    Research customer needs and identify sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and client meetings.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
    Provide product demonstrations and ensure clients are fully aware of the benefits and features of the company’s offerings.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    Track and report sales activities, including lead conversion rates, closed sales, and revenue generated.
    Prepare sales forecasts and update management regularly on progress against sales targets.
    Maintain accurate records.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotional strategies.
    Work with product development, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
    Attend sales meetings, trainings, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.

We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager, almost a Sales Director who will take reign of the full sales department with this exciting new product! You will add the strategy but be a hard-hitting salesperson who will network and get in front of the key decision makers.
