About The Role

Milewood Healthcare is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our referral management and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in health and social care business operations.

As a key part of our team, you will help streamline referral processes, track key data, and build relationships with stakeholders across the NHS and local authorities. Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and update CRM data to track and record referral activity.
  2. Monitor NHS and local authority referral portals to identify new opportunities.
  3. Support managers with referral follow-ups, ensuring a smooth process from assessment to offer.
  4. Analyse and report referral trends to improve response times and efficiency.
  5. Communicate with key stakeholders, including local authority and NHS contacts.

About You

  1. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage data effectively.
  3. Experience in business development, healthcare, or a similar role is desirable.
  4. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  5. Proficiency in CRM systems and data tracking is an advantage.
