The Role
As part of our high-performing sales team, you’ll be on the front line of Citation’s growth. You’ll connect with potential clients to showcase how our services can transform their businesses, and you’ll play a pivotal role in our 30th-year celebration of success by driving the next wave of innovation and results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Prospecting: Identify and connect with decision-makers in key industries.
  2. Outbound Calling: Engage prospects, uncover their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  3. Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  4. Pipeline Management: Stay on top of leads and opportunities using our CRM system.
  5. Achieving Targets: Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
