The Role

Join our high-performing team! Ideal for a business development associate/executive looking for a step up to assistant manager/senior executive role.

As a Senior Associate in our International Business Support Function (IBSF) team, you will:

  • Support international growth, enabling our member firms to thrive internationally.
  • Create impactful content: deliver international pursuit-ready content that drives success.
  • Work across the whole pursuit process from pre-pitch to client engagement tools.
  • Lead best practices: identify and share innovative guidance.
  • Collaborate and engage globally with stakeholders across time zones, countries, regions, services, and industries.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and track meaningful results.
  • Champion IBSF by helping raise awareness of all that IBSF stands for: we are dedicated to continuously improving member firm client experiences and support global engagement leaders across various service lines and industries.
  • Contribute to our joint strategic execution objectives – we have a lot of exciting projects this year!

Skills Required

  • Degree, professional marketing qualification (such as CIM), or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills for engaging with global leaders.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for clear, compelling communications.
  • Self-starter with the confidence to manage own projects and workload.

Experience

  • Experience in professional services, financial services, or other B2B environments.
  • Worked with fee earners, partners, or other senior stakeholders.
  • Open-minded and inclusive approach to different disciplines and cultures.
  • Delivered client and market-facing content (pursuits, bids, website content, capability statements, sales decks).
  • Understand how to communicate to clients through features/benefits, getting to the heart of client needs.
  • Proven track record of content quality checking.
  • Curious and interested in business-related topics and research.
  • Agile, positive, and globally minded.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft tech stack (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Outlook).
  • Experience with Adobe products e.g., InDesign.
  • English critical and other languages an advantage.
