Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development & Sales Manager to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities and manage live sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, build strong client relationships, foster existing relationships and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Growth: Drive revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. Secure partnerships with interior designers, architects, and luxury real estate developers.
  2. Outreach: Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and showroom visits to showcase the brand’s collections and capabilities.
  3. Brand Representation: Research and identify potential customers through networking and industry events. Represent the brand at trade fairs.
  4. Existing Relationships/Accounts Management: Build and maintain strong relationships by connecting and communicating with existing customers.
  5. Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for growth and expansion.
  6. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  7. Manage Live Sales: Deal with day-to-day sales and order management including invoicing, project scheduling, customer communication, and project management.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
  4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  5. Experience within the luxury market segment/design industry preferable.
