Location: Hybrid, WeWork, Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 3DE
Salary: £31,500 per annum + £10,000 - £15,000 Commission
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Bond Solon, part of the Wilmington plc, are now recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to drive new business development and revenue growth through consultative sales of specialist legal literacy training courses.

This is a 360-degree sales role, perfect for someone who thrives on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Proactively generating new leads through outbound sales calls, networking, and prospecting.
  2. Handling the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
  5. Working closely with marketing and internal teams to optimise sales opportunities.
  6. Understanding client needs and providing tailored training solutions.
  7. Keeping accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have / be:

  1. Proven track record in consultative new business sales.
  2. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals (£2,000 - £20,000 range).
  3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  5. Experience managing the entire sales cycle.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  7. Excellent organisational and time management skills.

To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have:

  1. Experience selling training, education, or professional development solutions.
  2. Background in health and social care, legal training, or governance-related fields.
  3. Familiarity with Salesforce and sales automation tools.
  4. Experience working within a consultative sales framework.
  5. Understanding of public sector procurement processes.
