Job description

HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for a Business Development person to join our well-established and expanding Northern team based at our branch in Normanton.


About the role:
As our Business Development person you will be responsible for developing new and existing customers with added value solutions and services.


Working hours:
Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities as our Business Development person will include:

  • Visiting & building relationships with new & existing customers.
  • Developing new & existing customers with added value solutions & services.
  • Planning & prioritising sales activities ensuring prompt responses.
  • Collaborating with your sales team on a day-to-day basis with customer requirements and enquiries.
  • Presenting results, trends and analysis to the senior sales team.

Skills we're looking for in our Business Development person:

  • Experience of working in the MRO sector or an engineering/sales environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
