Role Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury real estate and hospitality sectors, both locally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, hotel operators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal design and planning teams to align business development strategies with the studio’s creative vision and service offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential client needs.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that reflect the studio’s ethos and design philosophy.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand the company’s profile and uncover new leads.
  • Manage the end-to-end business development pipeline, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and project onboarding.
  • Provide regular reporting on business development activity, performance metrics, and strategic growth opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development and client relations within the real estate, architecture, or luxury hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and value propositions persuasively.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering high-quality proposals, pitches, and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and assess industry trends.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Degree in business, real estate, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
