Business Controller | Perm | up to £80k salary (negotiable) + Excellent Benefits | Reading, Hybrid

Morson are partnering with a leading company in the Defence and Aerospace sector, with this role being based in Reading.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Controller to join our team situated in our Glasgow office, on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working (3 days of office presence and 2 days remote).

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financial reporting and analysis.
2. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a business controller or similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
