Business Controller | Perm | circa £80k salary (negotiable) + Excellent Benefits | Glasgow, Hybrid

Morson are partnering with a leading company in the Defence and Aerospace sector, with this role being based in Glasgow. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Controller to join our team situated in our Glasgow office, on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial reporting and analysis.
2. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
3. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting.
