Business Consultant

We are a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) seeking a knowledgeable individual with proven experience in working with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Clockify. Our aim is to enhance our operational efficiency and support the growth of our business.

This is a contract role with support being required on an adhoc basis. The role can be performed remotely, though the ability to visit the office base in Worcester occasionally would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide ad-hoc support on HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Clockify systems.
2. Advise the Senior Leadership Team on opportunities for improvement.
3. Train and mentor team members to foster skill development.
4. Analyse current business processes and recommend changes.
5. Assist in implementing new strategies and technologies to improve productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in business consulting roles, especially within SMEs.
2. Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Clockify.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
