This company is expanding its Appointed Representative Self-Employed sales channel and is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Advisers to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Speak to businesses and individuals regarding their healthcare requirements.
2. Build a book of business which will generate ongoing renewal commission.
3. Take care of all the paperwork required to set you up as an Appointed Representative with the FCA.
4. Receive full training and ongoing support to ensure success in this role.
5. Utilize initial financial assistance while learning the ropes and building up your initial pipeline.

1. Experience in a self-employed financial sales capacity is preferred but not essential.
2. Ability to communicate well and build trusting relationships.
3. Adaptability in communication style depending on the audience.
