Business Change Manager (Supply Chain)

We are currently working with one of the largest global Pharmaceutical companies, supporting them with their recruitment of a Business Change Manager on a contract basis.
This organisation is constantly going through large change and growth projects, in order to effectively manage these projects they are keen on recruiting a change manager to join them and help them through this period of growth.
The contract they have on offer at the moment is for 12 months.
This will be a hybrid working contract - working 3 days per week on site in Cheshire and 2 days per week from home.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Highly experienced in relevant risk and change management ideally in Global Supply Chains. Risk Sensing experience would also be advantageous.
2. Experience in business change development of new processes operating model and business communications.
3. Experience in pharmaceutical industry with understanding of supply chain processes and requirements. A strong understanding of business needs, objectives and risk appetite.
4. Proficiency in developing, understanding, and following processes methodically.
5. Proven ability to manage risks, including assessing and prioritising risks, and developing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
6. Ability to build collaborative and effective relationships at all levels, manage stakeholder and effective communication.
7. Strong logical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
8. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate independently.
9. Delivering to timescales.
