An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Manager on a fixed term contract for 15 months.
Knowledge and previous experience of developing Workforce rotas and scheduling services is essential, alongside experience of organising and delivering complex project plans.
Suitable applicants will have subject matter expertise in workforce rostering and project management skills, as needed to support the successful delivery of changes required by the Team Based Working Programme.
The post holder will lead, facilitate, and support system users to enable ongoing benefits realisation and ensure optimum use of systems and processes. Leading on the management of staff benefits in conjunction with the Project Manager and key stakeholders, they will ensure that benefits are planned and realised.
As a Business Change Manager, the post holder will be required to lead change initiatives and projects, both across directorates and with partner agencies, to deliver the changes required in all service lines and geographical areas of EEAST.

The Business Change Manager Will:
The responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the programme, ranging from providing expert advice on Team Based rota design matched to demand, contracted hours and Working Time Directive, Scheduling process, facilitation of internal and external stakeholders at engagement events, preparation of business cases, project initiation documents, managing the implementation of agreed changes, through to realising the benefits of changes made, post-project evaluation and sharing lessons learnt across the organisation.
