Salary Range: £70,000 - £75,000 Perm / Negotiable LtD

Role & Responsibilities:- Understand the need for change and act as a champion to convince others to reject the status quo and embrace new ways of working.
- Assess and increase organisational readiness for change, ensuring teams are prepared and supported through the transition.
- Manage the scope and speed of change, breaking down large initiatives into manageable phases to avoid overwhelming teams.
- Communicate change management plans effectively, ensuring clarity and consistency to build commitment and reduce resistance.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver sustainable benefits.
Qualifications/Experience Required:KEY MUST HAVES- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management within a highly regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, finance, healthcare, or utilities).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading or supporting large-scale organisational change projects.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
- Formal change management qualification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
UK National Security Vetting Status: SC (Security Clearance) required / able to pass
