- Conduct Change Impact Assessments and establish Change Networks.
- Design and deliver learning resources and training initiatives.
- Monitor change readiness, adoption, and address gaps as necessary.
- Support and promote Business Change Management frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and apply BCM methodologies effectively.
- Experience in creating BCM frameworks, including tools, templates, and processes.
- Familiarity with industry-specific contexts, particularly within the energy sector, is desirable.
- Adept at collaborating with teams and stakeholders across various geographies and cultures.
- Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong presentation capabilities and effective communication techniques.
- Solid experience in training delivery and facilitation.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to effectively influence outcomes and decisions.
